2. Services

NextForm is an independent web studio based in Georgia that designs and develops websites for small businesses, primarily in the United States. We provide:

• Custom and SEO-ready website design
• Google Business optimization guidance
• Basic SEO setup and recommendations

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined individually for each client.

3. Payments

• All projects are billed as one-time payments.
• A 50% deposit is required to start the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion and before website handover.
• Payments are non-refundable once project work has begun.

4. Ownership and Rights

Once the final payment is received:

• You (the client) own full rights to the final website files and content.
• NextForm retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions and Support

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed in the project proposal.
• After delivery, we offer 30 days of free post-launch support for minor edits and bug fixes.
• Further updates or maintenance can be provided under a separate support plan or per-request fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure they have rights to all provided text, images, or logos.
• Respond to communication within reasonable time frames.

Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextForm is not liable for:

• Loss of data or revenue caused by third-party hosting providers or plugins.
• Delays or errors resulting from incomplete client materials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our services.

8. Privacy and Data

Use of this website and communication with NextForm is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you consent to our handling of your data as described there.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate a project at any stage if the client violates these Terms or behaves inappropriately. In such cases, the client will be billed for completed work up to that point.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
